Food Safety Overview
Learn about our dedication to delivering the safest products possible and that's why we continue to invest in our industry-leading Biologic Food Safety System.
Dedication to Food Safety goes well beyond industry standards for cleaner, safer beef. The National Beef® Biologic® Food Safety System employs a "clean room" mindset that incorporates a three-tiered safety system.
Our employees are trained and committed to maintaining the critical practices necessary to provide consistent and safe beef.
We use over 14 processing interventions to manage pathogens and control micro counts which help us go beyond traditional HACCP, SOP and GMP procedures.
Our six zones allow us to continually and effectively monitor, assess and control product safety in each zone.
At National Beef, Food Safety is our top priority. Through the series of videos below, you'll gain insight into the procedures and processes that help us deliver the cleanest, and safest beef possible.
